HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) was incorporated on 18th September, 2013, as a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Government of Rajasthan (GOR)

PARASCADD has provided their EPCPROMAN with TNT (Barcodes & RFID) solution to Tata Projects, to manage and track this project.

The project required precise and efficient management of extensive piping work, involving numerous isometric drawings and innumerable inch-dia scope.

The project required comprehensive management of numerous components and stages within the piping system. This included:

  • Piping spooling
  • Material management
  • Inventory management
  • Job card issuance
  • Detailed joint-wise progress tracking
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and welder performance monitoring
  • Line history clearances
  • Test pack clearances up to box-up

Solution & Approach

To address these challenges, PARASCADD utilized the EPCPROMAN software for integrated piping management and the TNT solution for tracking spools during fabrication and erection stages.

PARASCADD utilized EPCPROMAN and TNT software to streamline and enhance project management.

EPCPROMAN handled:

  • Piping spooling
  • Material and inventory management
  • Job card issuance
  • Detailed joint-wise progress tracking
  • NDT and welder performance monitoring
  • Line and test pack clearances
  • 3D graphics with color-coded fabrication stages and progress indicators for line and test pack levels

TNT handled:

  • Real-time spool tracking during fabrication and erection stages via barcode scanning on mobile devices
  • Project Materials effectively managed & tracked from Receipt in Warehouse till allocation, Issuance, Consumption in Construction & reconciliation along with material Substitution. 

Conclusion:
PARASCADD’s additional spooling services and manpower, combined with the capabilities of EPCPROMAN and TNT software, significantly improved the management of the integrated piping system. This case study demonstrates the effectiveness of advanced software solutions in addressing complex project challenges and delivering successful outcomes.
