Their Requirements
The Shaw Group requires automation in piping fabrication work processes that includes micro level production, welding and NDT Automation and testing, Painting progressing activities for their smallest to the largest capacity piping fabrication projects. The Shaw Group also requires the document digitalization approach to implement at their fabrication facilities across the globe.
Solution & Approach
PARASCADD is implementing EPCPROMAN software consisting of PGOLD, PRODOCS, ISOMEC & AUTOSPOOL, SPOOLMAN / MATCONTRK / STOREMAN applications for the automation of their work processes.
Using EPCPROMAN, automation will be achieved in engineering document control, transmittal management, Inter-discipline digitalized document review and approval control, piping spooling management and piping fabrication management. Activities like Shop fabrication consist of the fit-up, Welding, NDT examination monitoring, Line history sheet line wise and spool wise, revision management, Generation of reporting views for BI system, assistance into the data integration with their internal material management, masters, progress management system.
Furthermore, reviewing, approving, viewing the spool drawing documents and other category documents via portable displaying systems is in position to get implemented at their fabrication facilities.
