Solution & Approach
PARASCADD proposed EPCPROMAN software consists of ISOMEC and AUTOSPOOL, SPOOLMAN–ERMAN, MATCONTRK / STOREMAN and Track–N–Tracing Barcoding, Mobile Apps. progressing for the automation of their work processes.
Using EPCPROMAN, automation is achieved in the areas of warehousing, fabrication, and erection activities like maintaining the inward material receipt with respect to the purchase order and the invoices, quality inspection of the inward material, Creation of an item code for the bill of material items, Maintaining the stock register, material reconciliation, material feasibility w.r.t. store location and fabrication requirements, Matching front analysis at the fabrication and erection levels, Material issuance and planning for erection and shop fabrication, Maintaining the line history sheet line- and loop-wise, Generation of DPR (Daily Progress Report) for fit-up, welding, NDT, PWHT, hardness inspection, etc. Generation of transmittal for the spool dispatch to site for erection work.
Furthermore, monitoring of the erection activities starting from the erection job cards creation, erection of components, flanges, valves, supports, miscellaneous items, and fabricated spools.
