1. MATCONTRK (Materials Control System): This module provides advanced material tracking and control functionalities, streamlining the management of materials throughout the project lifecycle.
2. MTOMAN (Material Takeoff Management): MTOMAN aids in generating accurate material takeoffs, enabling better cost estimation and resource planning for projects.

AUTOSPEC Module Overview: The AUTOSPEC module offers the following features:
Piping Material Specification Creation: AUTOSPEC allows the creation of piping material specifications using components from a logically structured component catalogue. The catalogue includes detailed parameters like item type, base material, material grade, material description, dimensional standard, short/long description, size, thickness/rating/schedule, and end conditions.
Component Catalogue Management: The component catalogue can be updated with new piping items, ensuring a comprehensive repository of components. These components can be easily associated with piping classes and specifications.
Query and Filtering: The module enables querying based on piping parameters, enabling users to filter and retrieve specific items from the specification.
EMM (Engineering Material Management) Module: The EMM module enhances material management by facilitating the creation of Valve Material Sheets (VMS) and conducting various thickness calculations. Key calculations include pipe wall thickness suitable for internal pressure as per ASME B31.3/ASME B31.1/ASME B31.4 standards, thickness for Indian boiler regulation (IBR), thickness for vacuum conditions as per ASME BPVC Section VIII, and verification of pipe-to-pipe branch connection wall thickness according to ASME B31.3.
