Their Requirements
To automate the Construction process for Piping Fabrication with live realtime progress capturing, tracking of fabricated assets & monitoring through 3D model visualization with progress colour codes and to integrate the process with Companys inhouse system.
PARASCADD offered :
- TRACK N TRACING (TNT) solution with Barcodes & RFID technology for automating Construction process.
- PDIM – Packages Dynamic Information Modelling solution for representing progress updated in 3D model with Stagewise Progress colour codes.
- AUTOSPOOL – Piping Spooling software for generating Spool Isometrics & to the scale 3D Spool graphics for creating work packages & colour representations on progress.
- API level integration of TNT & PDIM solution with Clients in-house software for Realtime data transactions.
Solution & Approach
These were the solutions suggested and promptly provided
- TRACK N TRACING (TNT) is an EPC asset management application used for Real Time Progress capturing at Fabrication Shop/Fabrication Yard by scanning Spool barcodes.
- Piping Spooling is done using AUTOSPOOL Software which generates Spool Isometrics & Erection Isometric drawings with reports.
- Spool Barcodes are Printed using non-tearable (Polyethylene) labels from TNT software and Stagewise progress are captured using mobile applications.
- Following Stages were involved in the proces of execution milestone stages can be defined dynamically captured along with GPS location, Date-time stamp, Reader reference, Location, Contractor during the progress
TNT Process
The progress captured is represented Realtime in 3D model with Colour codes as per Progress milestones achieved using PDIM software.
3D Piping Spool graphics generated from AUTOSPOOL Software are updated with progress colour codes using PDIM software.

The progress Captured through TNT mobile applications is integrated with Client Inhouse System real time using API level integration.
Material Progress from Client system is integrated with TNT & PDIM. PDIM is Packages Dynamic Information Modelling and Construction Simulation Software Solution. Construction Progress from TNT is integrated with PDIM & Client system through API Level integration.
Overall, the material status of piping spools & Construction Progress of piping spools are captured realtime & progress represented in PDIM using 3D model colour codes seamlessly.
